Christmas Family Photos with a 9-Foot Tree and Grand Windows | Bellevue Studio

A glowing Christmas tree, tall windows overlooking the garden, and your favorite people gathered close, this is Christmas at my Bellevue home studio.

The tree stands beside the big windows, filled with twinkling lights, ribbons, and playful ornaments. Outside, evergreen foliage adds a distinctly Pacific Northwest backdrop. Inside, warm wood tones and wrapped presents make the space feel cozy and festive.

We can capture children exploring the scene, siblings sitting together, and babies cuddled in their parents’ arms. Alongside portraits with everyone looking at the camera, I love photographing the smiles, curious expressions, and family interactions that happen naturally.

There is so much for little ones to notice here: colorful decorations, a little red truck, and presents beneath the branches. A toddler sitting beside the 9-foot tree looks especially tiny—a lovely way to remember just how little they were this Christmas.

Because the session takes place indoors, you can enjoy your holiday photographs comfortably, even on a chilly or rainy Seattle day.
